I’m turning 34 on December 9th. This has been a difficult year (but honestly haven’t they all?) but I am so grateful to be able to see another year. And as difficult as this year may have been, I believe I have grown as a person and learned some valuable lessons. Some of the lessons I will share in future posts, others I will keep a bit closer to the chest, but either way lessons were learned and I hope not to have to repeat them in this upcoming year.
I am still looking and applying for jobs. So if you would like to offer some support or even just offer me birthday wishes here are some tangible ways:
Share this substack with people who you think may be interested and encourage them to sign up!
If you have a free subscription, consider upgrading to a paid one. Even just a few dollars a month is super helpful.
If you are unable to pay monthly, consider sending a one-time birthday gift:

My pay pal is: http://paypal.me/NaiomiGonzalez
Let me know about any opportunities to write/speak about faith and justice. I obviously would prefer paid opportunities, since I am still applying for jobs. But I will also take unpaid opportunities if they aren’t too labor intensive, and if they provide the opportunity to share my words with a wider audience.

Happy birthday, Naiomi!
